A clear brief makes an international project easier to plan. Share what you need, where it will be used and where it should arrive; the quotation can then define the manufacturing and delivery scope.
From your brief to delivery
Brief & destination
Send a sketch, drawing or photo, approximate dimensions, quantity, intended use and delivery city. Tell us the required date and any access or installation constraints.
Technical scope & quotation
We review the material, manufacturing route, finish and interfaces. The quotation sets out the agreed work, delivery scope, currency and any exclusions.
Drawings & finish approval
Agree the dimensions, colours, fixing details and approval checkpoints. Where a sample or prototype is needed, its scope, cost and timing are included in the planning.
Fabrication & checks
Production follows the agreed specification. We define the dimensional and finish checks and the photographs or video needed for remote review before packing.
Packing & transport
Packing, module sizes and handling are planned for the route and site access. The quotation clarifies transport, insurance, customs arrangements and who handles unloading.
Installation & handover
A fabrication-only package, delivery or on-site installation can be discussed. Fixings, local trades, access, assembly information and responsibilities are agreed for the project.
Before you send your project
Where is the project manufactured?
Our production base is in Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye. European projects are coordinated from this workshop; delivery and any site work are scoped for the destination.
What is included in delivery?
The written quotation specifies the delivery point and responsibilities. Packing, freight, insurance, customs, taxes, unloading and installation must be checked against that scope; there is no single delivery price for every project.
How is the schedule agreed?
Share the required delivery or opening date. Drawings, approvals, samples, production, transport and any site access window are considered together before a programme is confirmed.
Can I send large CAD files?
Yes, add a share link in the enquiry form for larger drawings or 3D models. Direct attachments accept PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 3 files and 2 MB total. If confidentiality requires an NDA, send a general outline first.

From a timber door to a complete cabinet.
We make complete furniture, including doors, carcasses, shelves, drawers and hardware. Design, fabrication, finishing and installation where required can form one coordinated project.
